Super Rabbit Games Corp. and its affiliated companies (Hereinafter referred to as "Super Rabbit Games" or the "Company") provides PC, mobile, console, official website, and other game related services ("Services"). Super Rabbit Games stores, processes, and shares personal information in certain circumstances in order to provide you with these services. However, the security of your personal information is a priority to us and ample measures will be taken to protect it.
This Privacy Policy provides information on how your personal data is used for which purpose, and which measures the company is taking to protect your personal data.

We collect information when you provide it to us, when you communicate with others, and when you use the Services. We also may collect information about you from other sources.
Information you provide to us. When you register, contact directly, or otherwise use the Services, you may choose to provide information to us, including:

Use of the Services. We collect information when you use our Services, including your Internet protocol ("IP") address and other identifiers that are assigned to your device and application when you access the Internet or use the Services, browser type, browser version, browser language setting, operating system, device name and type, MAC address and other device identifiers, information from your device (including information from and about your hard drive and other storage devices, central processing unit, random access memory, video card, and peripheral hardware, software and applications installed on your device), Internet service and mobile service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, download information, the links you click and areas you view within the Services, game metrics and usage data, and other standard server log information.
Information we obtain from other sources. We may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources (as permitted by law), which we may combine with other information we receive from or about you. We also may receive information from third-party social networking services when you or other users choose to connect with those services.

Monitor our Services, including our Websites, Applications, and networks, and operation thereof, and track purchases and usage information.
Identify and fix bugs or program malfunctions.

The company shares your information with advertising companies and social media (Facebook, Google, Twitter). Relevant third parties will have access to your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy to use tools that interact with social media, in-game advertising, and other operations of third-party companies.

Retention of your information. In general, we retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained and to provide our Services. We may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your information is reasonably necessary for our legal or legitimate business reasons, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or our agreements.
4. With Whom We May Share Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction. In addition, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy.

Social features: When you use the social features of our Services, your information, such as your name, nickname, username, profile, picture, game progress and score, or any other information that you transmit or post using such social features, will be shared with your recipient or the public in general.
Business Transfer: In a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, dissolution (including bankruptcy), change of control, or a sale of all or a portion of our assets, customer information, including personally identifiable information, generally is one of the transferred business assets.

6. How long does the Company retain the information and how is it deleted?
The Company maintains and uses the collected information for the duration of users' membership with their given consent. In principle, once the purpose of gathering and using provided personal information is fulfilled (ex. on request of membership withdrawal, closing of a participatory event), the relevant information will be eliminated immediately. However, to prevent undesired membership withdrawal due to any identity theft and account-takeover identity theft, the user's personal information will be stored for 30 days after requesting account deletion.
However, the following information will be retained for the specified period of time under respective reasons in accordance with the relevant act on data in the Republic of Korea:

- Deletion Procedure and Method
① Deletion Procedure: Users' personal information will be instantly erased once the purpose of collecting and utilizing relevant information is fulfilled. However, it is held for a certain period, for the purpose of information protection as stipulated by the law.
② Deletion Method: Personal information printed out on paper (printed material, papers, etc.) is shredded or incinerated, and information saved in the form of an electronic format is permanently deleted in such a way that it cannot be recovered.
7. How is your information protected?
The Company uses the following technology, management, and physical measures to prevent data loss, theft, breach, alteration, and destruction. However, the company is not liable if the data is leaked due to your negligence such as poor password management or mishaps outside of the company's control.

The Company encrypts the information specified within, as well as additional relevant laws and regulations, when it gets stored.
Files and data transfers containing important information (including your personal information) are protected by encryptions, file locks, or other such protection methods.

8. What information is automatically collected (e.g. cookies)?
The Company uses 'cookies'. Cookies are small text files sent by the company's official website that are stored in your hard drive.

Analysis of subscribers and non-subscribers accessing our official website and duration, to understand and track user preferences and interests, provide other personalized services by tracking the number of times the website has been accessed, as well as other information.

You have the right to block cookies from getting saved on your hard drive. This can be done by going to your web browser's option settings to allow all cookies, ask for permission each time cookies get saved, or to block all cookies from getting saved. However, if the user refuses to have cookies saved, some services may be no longer available.

How to withdraw consent for receiving targeted advertising
In the Super Rabbit Games app: open the game’s Settings menu and use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option to turn off advertising tracking.
Android: Go to Settings - Privacy – Customization Service – Customized ads and direct marketing to opt out.
iOS: Click on privacy setting then select "limit ad tracking". Go to Settings – Privacy & Security – Apple Advertising – Personalized Ads to opt out.
9. What rights and choices do I and my legal guardian have pertaining to my personal information?
You may always inquire about your registered personal information, and if you do not want the Company to process your personal information, you may withdraw consent, restrict processing of your personal information, or request membership withdrawal. Yet, once your personal information is eliminated for membership withdrawal, related information the user has created or stored while using the company's services may be eliminated as well.
You can view or edit your personal information on "My Page" after logging into the website, and request membership withdrawal through My Page > Delete Account. You can also contact Support or the personnel or department in charge of privacy protection (support@superrabbitgames.com) to view or edit your personal information or withdraw membership.

Legal bases for processing. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so, namely: (a) the performance of a contract, to provide the Services you request and to operate your account; (b) your consent, for example for certain marketing communications, for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, and for the processing of children’s data, which you may withdraw at any time; (c) our legitimate interests, such as securing the Services, preventing fraud and cheating, and developing and improving our games, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms; and (d) compliance with a legal obligation.

You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time, directly and without our assistance, within the game: open Settings > Privacy and select “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” which turns off advertising tracking on your device. To submit a request to know, access, delete, or correct your personal information, or if you need help with your privacy choices, contact us by email at support@superrabbitgames.com. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information from children who are under the age of 13 (or the age otherwise defined under applicable law) without parental consent or unless permitted by applicable law. If we become aware that personal information has been collected through our Services from a child under the applicable age, we will delete that information and any account associated with that user. Where we rely on consent to process personal data, and a user is below the age of 16 (or such lower age, not below 13, as established by the applicable Member State), we will obtain the consent or authorisation of the holder of parental responsibility before processing that data.

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age unless we receive affirmative authorization to do so (the “right to opt in”): from the consumer, if they are between 13 and 15 years of age; or from a parent or guardian, if the consumer is under 13 years of age.
